      Pros

      Swiss Re is a great company with nice benefits. Pockets of very smart and nice people whom you can learn a lot from.

      Cons

      - poor management and implementations of new ideas - Management hide behind diversity and inclusion. Seen too many times where Swiss re only hire or promote someone due to gender or diversity. Senior management should be reorganized and focus on the top line
