Pros

Work-life balance and culture are major benefits here. It is a very friendly and inviting place to work. The senior management have a ton of technical knowledge and there are amazing growth opportunities.

Cons

My only con is I would like to see more transparency around salary bands. It is hard to know where you fall within the pay scale.
