Pros

Good salary and benefits are provided

Cons

Company has become far too liberal. Promotions are based more on gender rather than knowledge and talent. Liberal initiatives, LGBTQI, climate change, diversity etc....are pushed onto employees. Do not speak out because you will be labelled a trouble-maker.

Pros

No actual pros are worth mentioning

Cons

HR have no understanding on how they should be compliant with. Standard email with no feedback getting sent but no way of finding out what went wrong. As they are a so called company it implies that they are hiding things and maybe the lockdown might find out what they have been up to. Also turning people down for a job does not state that their details are held secure as I imagine they are potentially selling on mobile numbers or emails direct to third party as no confirmation that the details are safe.
