many people from Director and managing director level can get away with not doing much. Can be very political. Company itself is old and slow. If you just want a decent salary by doing a 9 - 6 job, it is a good place too be. if you have higher goals for your career, try someone else.

Heavy politics which makes very hard to work. Blind favouritism is also there which makes you efforts to go unappreciated. Study leaves and WFH are very hard to take as managers makes thier rules on top of company policies. Found lack of respect from some managers and some colleauges.
