      Lots of know know in the company; brand; location and work environment

      Complex organisation meaning you spend majority of your time aligning with a myriad of stakeholders, preparing decisions (Powerpoint galore), and chasing people rathen than constructively and jointly working on topics. Quite a political environment, or at least increasingly so
