      The company has an inclusive culture with plenty of opportunities for the employees to acquire new skills, have an effective use of their time and a good benefit package.

      Cons

      Horizontal structure (especially in the country), making difficult to make a career path.

      If you are in a service role you need to be a "yes" man they are not looking for ideas or creativity.

      Pros

      The graduates@swissre program is a wonderful way to start a career in the industry. In addition to your day job, you are required to attend several training blocks. Within the training blocks you learn about the industry as whole, Swiss Re, leadership and much more. They program does an excellent job of produiceing well rounded employees with a vast wealth of knowldge across the entire industry as opposed to a single segment.

      Cons

      There is noitceable politics within the upper level mangagement.
