1) Good onboarding experience 2) Decent team dynamics 3) Supportive team manager 4) Good support from international counterparts 5) Good work life balance

Cons

1) Actuarial leadership is discouraging, incompetant and gender biased. 2) Office politics and regionalism has forced many good employees to leave the company. 3) Increase in micro-management makes team leads redundant whose opinions hardly matter.

Global company, good vacation time, good retirement benefit. Bonus can be ok but company is now capping that as well and raises are nearly nonexistent even for high rating on perf review

Cons

Bureaucratic, Anti-American, P&C company with disdain for the Life side of the business even though Life is a big portion of the total revenue
