      Good timings,wfh and central location

      Cons

      Too much politics, Business managers in Europe treat employees in India badly. No scope for Growth. Zurich has the upper hand. The decisons are not contested by the indian management.All the good processes are in Zurich. They refuse to share knowledge with Indians

      *Reputation of the company name for your CV *Can find smart people *Good cafeteria in Zurich HQ *The work itself can be interesting

      Cons

      *Male/Swiss oriented culture for promotion, salary determination, bonus and perks *Huge difference on access to benefits depending on direct supervisor's decision *Striking inequality of salary, bonus and promotion opportunities between males and females *Culture of "maintain the status quo" and "no-complaints policy" (I have seen several people get fired for rising concerns or disagreement with the established management)

      Very good 401k benefits. Very good vacation bonus of 1 month off every 10 years there.

      Cons

      Raises poor to non-existent. Play favorites - most political company I've ever worked for. Management thinks extremely poorly of Americans.
