HR personnel are clueless, abysmal, and run to their regulations for guidance ... no creativity. Managers are often abusive and they get away with it. The one time I complained, the manager was let go a bit later. But I was a :marked person" from then on.

Very toxic management and work environment indifferent to the team members performance, career progression and mental health, coupled with an incompetent HR. It saddens me to see that Swiss Re is now a former shadow of itself when it comes to being an "employer of choice" acting with "integrity". There is little room for growth with little guidance at a team level as to what "success" means. The medium-level management only follows direction from top management, without any input or feedback from their teams. No transparency from management. The compensation levels are also not at par with the rest. And many of the perks previously available (Savings Account, affordable mortgage at preferential rates, stock options, etc) have been eliminated. Such factors force many to leave the company.
