Restructuring constantly seemingly without end. Lost many really good employees due to nonsense changes and creation of team structures that have no real value. Personally, I was moved to be line managed by someone who I rarely spoke with and had little to no idea what I did as he was not related to the projects in any way. Strange recruitment policies (perhaps not even legal in some countries).

People get fooled by the ambience and food. Whole top level systems works like a mandali. Company boasts to be international, but in India it is no less than an useless private sector, who only are puppets in the hands of their managementfrom outside India . Each and every department is interconnected and plan to any low level, how to secure their seat and put down their own team members.
