Pros
Smart people, strong executive team, strong brand, many opportunities to move around (including globally), great work/life balance
Cons
Too consensus driven which makes decision making very slow, some senior management weak, very conservative /cautious in its approach, not enough turnover of employees which makes it difficult to progress in the organization and results in people staying stagnant in their roles until better oppotunities open up, very political
