      Arrogance and complacency, focused on Switzerland but growth needs to come from non-Swiss markets, stuffed with bankers

      New Swiss Re buildings kill work environment

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Dynamic, forward looking, etc. Management is very fair, employee benefits brilliant, great work life balance,... it was (see below) one of the best companies to work for in Zurich.

      Cons

      New building Swiss Re Next - you'll struggle to find a desk never mind next to work colleagues. Lost all personal touch and one is just one in many. Very very poor and kills personal relationships at work. Might as well work permanently from home.
