- Great work life balance. - Lunch restaurant (great food for a low monthly fee). - Great collegues.

Cons

- Development/promotion opportunities. - Very weak management especially at Director level. - Useless HR department (don't expect to get support from them if you end up having a bad or bullying line manager). - The good old perks/benefits are getting less and less with every year.
