Cons

Some team leaders are not competent to undertake a leadership role. Staff members who takes the chair from your desk and not return it is frustrating. Going into work earlier every morning on playing 'hunt the chair' is ridiculous. Too much gossip and weird people work there. Glad I left and have nothing to do with them!!

A professional company, top of class. Good benefits, facilities and staff events, supports charity of the year, has a sports and social club. Also promotes personal development and growth and there's many career opportunities within the organisation if you're happy to travel. New office spaces promotes collaboration and flexible working which is nice.

Cons

Global company, has a matrix/model. Often slow to implement and manage change due to complexity. Zurich centralised which can mean longer working hours to fit their hours, no overtime is paid to UK employees which can cause a challenge with work and life balance.
