Remains a world class employer with a restpextful, merit based and - for the financial services sector - a rather humane attitude towards its employees. However, the reinsurance industry is transforming and the pressure for the company to reinvent itself and keep its business model sustainable translates to higher expectations of and uncertainty for employees.

Cons

Reinsurance is currently not a major growth industry and salary base is contracting rather than expanding for the moment. Still good career opportunities for the determined and agile, but beware.
