      Flexible working time, international environment, mind set of the people, you can shape your own development and career growth, moves within the location, people are the best asset of the company

      Bureaucracy, complexity of internal guidelines and processes, complex internal structure, lower bands salaries

      Great benefits and very workable schedule. Will pay for any type of education.

      Cons

      As with most insurance/reinsurance companies, growth is very slow and the company is archaic when it comes to handling talent.

      Pros

      Excellent Work-Life Balance, Colleagues are friendly and helpful, strong focus on making the work-place more modern-(Agile workspace, flexibility, on-site gym, stand-up desks and a great academy with fun furniture). Senior Management in Armonk is accessible and often have meet and greet lunches and breakfasts. Strong focus on career development from a lattice perspective (see cons). Armonk is a beautiful campus and they are installing solar!

      Cons

      Processes can be streamlined. The organization is fairly flat, so if you are looking to climb up a ladder, this may not be the best place for you. There is a strong emphasis on taking a lattice approach to your career, by taking on different roles, continuously learning, going on rotation, trying something in a new area and developing yourself.
