Pros

Very good working culture with a flexible work hours. There is a trust factor and support from the management to the genuine employees. Employees are empowered to do anything which adds value to the work and organisation.

Cons

Growth opportunities are minimal. Since it is a lateral organisation, when there is some position open a lot of people are waiting and ultimately it goes the one who is senior.

Has very good Flexible timings. Salary level is decent. Good relocation policy.

Cons

Work becomes mechanical after few days. Mostly manual and process related work done from Bangalore. Very less opportunity to learn basic concepts.
