Great opportunities, fantastic people but uninspiring management

Fantastic people - cooperative, demonstrate true teamwork, very brilliant and industry leaders

Cons

Uninspiring management who have yet to demonstrate appreciation of employee's efforts and my god, they work you hard partly because of heavy processes (unproductive!). Hence, remuneration is only alright, bonuses are capped and currently at average levels - nothing to shout about for a 150 year old global market leader.

Quite a collaborative environment and have the ability to work abroad. Client centric organization focusing what's best for the client and shareholders.

Cons

A bureaucratic environment focusing too much on the process and bottom line revenue. Upper management has no clue what employees are actually doing.
