Pros

Great company benefits and their offices are fantastically laid out with plenty of amenities. They treat employees pretty well.

Cons

It can be difficult to get things done as it's very democratic and very heavily based on internal relations. Also said benefits range widely between the geographical locations (particularly salary etc) which can be annoying.

Pros

The compensation is fine, vacation is generous and the bonuses are generally good. There is even a stock program and they uplift by 30%. they contribute 12% to your 6% on the 401(k).

Cons

If you are not based in Switzerland management opportunities in IT are limited. Also the Swiss are quite nepotistic and money-centric. They promote each other and try to keep as much spending in Switzerland as possible. Even when traveling, Swiss (Air) is the 'preferred' airline. Our stock plan is hosted by UBS. It just kind of funny.

Own the way you work and bonus. Excellent work environment. Training programs.

Cons

Bureaucratic style, many controls and files to update everyday and the numbers of meetings for example, I needed to attend more than 5 or 6 meetings per day, so it can be more efficient.
