      Pros

      Everyone is very engaged with the company and top management (at least in the headquarter) makes sure it stays that way by pampering their employees with benefits and luxuries. Team spirit was excellent for me and I never heard anything below 'mediocre' on that regard. Work is challenging and for me engagement and 'going the extra mile' was rewarded and recognized. The facilities are absolutely top notch and by far the best I have ever seen.

      Cons

      This is probably more a industry problem than a company problem, but things tend to move a bit slow in terms of bigger decisions and structural adjustments. The fact that everybody celebrates the company causes a lack of self-criticism.

      Great benefits - pension, season ticket loan Excellent support for training - interpersonal and skills Good work life balance Challenging in a good way

      very complex internal systems can be a challenge to work with. sometimes it can takes ages to find out what is going on. the amount of detail in the system can be overwhelming
