There are some smart and dedicated people at Swiss Re. Good market reputation and eminence.

Cons

Company is difficult for new people to navigate given flat structure and unclear/duplicative roles. Company and management seem to change its mind on initiatives before even seeing if the initiative will meet original objectives. Core values are stated but Not sure are consistently executed upon.
