      How would you like if you are placed with a set of members whose technical skills don't align with each other in the team and there is a constant disagreement, conflict between team members? This will lead to inefficiencies and increased errors. But the problem is management not willing to listen or fix. If members not willing to learn from each other, this will create problems in the team.
