      Vision of the executive team is tight, but implementation by local governance is not right.

      Pros

      Except the management, guys are friendly. Good pay and nice work balance.

      Cons

      No ones is ready to listen, they are the supreme power who entitled with the higher designation. Stealing credit is quite normal and thanks to the executive team for changing the local governance team for the bigger better days in future. Above pro points mentioned by many just to recover the damage.

      it was an okay working experience, career progression is slow which is a tad sad.

      Cons

      it was a great experience, but the growth part is slow from operations to data base administrator.
