      Pros

      The main benefit is that this is a very Good Organization which is Very Employee Centric, here we can get so many New Things to Learn which is Good for the Professional Growth. And out of many different benefits that anyone can get here is the Work-Life Balance, I have worked in many different organizations previously but none of them had a proper Work-Life balance. But after joining Syntax I realized that the Work-Life balance is also possible, and along with this the Work Culture is also Very Good. And the last thing that I would want to mention is Good Leadership, which is one of the Core Strengths of this Organization.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 7 years now, which also explains my overall job satisfaction. It is a good place to start the career and progress further over the time. People are nice, polite, helpful. I feel appreciated when a challenging task is well done. Benefits are reasonable. Paid time off options are excellent comparing to other companies within the same industry. The best thing when it comes to flexibility is the option to work from "anywhere", company allows remote positions and working from different locations.

      Cons

      Tasks and job duties are sometimes stressful, but where aren't. If you are well motivated or even self-motivated then it is all manageable. And with the support from a team lead or team members the work can be done as expected.
