      - Leaders are super helpful. - Equal opportunity to all for growth. - Only Merit. No biased decisions. Very clean and healthy environment. - Top notch compensation. - Exciting additional benefits. - For me - Syntax is my family. 😊

      Cons

      - I beleive no organisation is Perfect in all terms. There is always a scope of improvement and the best part is - The Management always improves for our better even before we utter a word. Kudos to the Management!!! 😊
