      Awesome pay, Good work culture, Recognition and Growth and if some one performs he will be sent to USA for sure. This is the best company I ever worked in my entire career. Its one of the employee friendly company.

      Some good people at the Morrisville office.

      Cons

      Before the switch to Syntax, old company was a great place to work. Great internal leadership, people genuinely wanted to achieve. All that changed when Syntax took over. I don't have enough words to describe how awful of a human being the America's CEO is. For company Oktoberfest, he refused to drink beer or wine like the "regular" employees. Drank his own personal whiskey instead. Awful guy who thinks it's okay to treat people like dirt.

      A True Career Path Organization

      Pros

      I have worked at Syntax for a little over a year and in that time I have received great feedback on what I am really good at and actual help improving on areas where I fell short of expectations. My direct manager all the way up to the founder is approachable and you can have meaningful discussions with them about the direction Syntax is taking and how you, as an individual, can grow with the organization.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is fence throwing, tossing work to another team without a proper handoff or expectations of what that team needs to do.
