Very awful employer

Pros

The CEO of Americas throws himself a birthday party every year (who does that?) and if you get invited you get free booze and food. If you're a good looking women your chances are to the roof but be careful, as he will try to get you very drunk.

Cons

Very bad culture and work environment. The person mentioned previously also create a very stressful and unhealthy work environment by talking behind EVERYBODY's back (including his boss (Global CEO) and the founder (his father).

Pros

Great feedback always provided by management. Opportunity to work from home. Great work environment in general. A lot of recognition is given by management. Always happy to go to work every day, which is really important to me.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything at this moment.

Pros

Successful and growing organization. Great people. Great culture. Employees are empowered and work within a great team environment.

Cons

As a smaller private organization I think a lot of great people out there do not think of Syntax when searching for their next position. I did my research and am happy I came here.
