Pros

Excellent benefits (healthcare, tuition reimbursement, 401K match), flexible schedule, good commission structure.

Cons

It's a stressful environment with weekly goals to meet and unrealistic expectations towards customer interaction. There's a lot of paperwork involved that can seem pointless and difficult to keep up with.

Cons

Orlando Florida is a terrible place to work at t-mobile. Management does not even know how to do there jobs! They get trained by other managers when they get hired for the position for like 2 weeks that's all! They do not do their jobs and expect you to hit every single metric! They use these sheets called tcharts similar to a dealership 4 box sheet and they completely bundle everything in to the price they created for you for your phone that day give you a price a month and the same day price to deceive the customer in to buying it! The funniest part about it is they will not even give you a glance at the phone your customer wants to purchase unless you give them that sheet all filled out with the products you slammed the customer with oh and God forbid you did not write as much as they wanted you to write down or sell as much as they think you should! You will get grilled about it and sent back on the floor to sell them the rest. Not only is this a bad experience for the employees but most importantly the customers! Once I leave I'll pay extra money at Verizon just to stay away from t-mobile. I do believe it's a great company but if you are located in Central Florida stay far far away from t-mobile
