Flexible hours. Great earnings potential for part-time. Decent health benefits, decent 401K, great tuition reimbursement program.

The initiatives and values espoused by management do not align with the "Uncarrier" values presented to consumers. Culture and work environment vary greatly based on store management and overall management of the market you work in.
