Benefits Pay Perks Fun At Work Stocks Very easy to move up and grow within the company

Cons

The company is changing a lot. Commission is dropping, raises are gone, you will have to work weekends and holidays.

The company offers great compensation, full benefits for all employees including tuition reimbursement. They offer very flexible scheduling and PTO even for part time.

Cons

The work environment varies from store to store. Some stores are highly micromanaged making employees feel like they're back in elementary school. The goals and expectations are sometimes a little over the top, but not exactly impossible.
