Pros

- Decent Pay - Mobile Discounts

Cons

- Metrics are designed to penalize employees that improve customer experiences - Bonuses are based on how the other 40 employees are your team perform, which can result in a $0 bonus even if you are a top performer - Management does not recognize and advance top talent - Sales focused environment - It’s Call Center work

Pros

Training,$1000 annual stock grant. Good benefits.

Cons

Call centers are not uniform in requirements. When supervisors want to enforcenthings they will, even when they don't mesh with company goals. Nit picking on certain made up policies...but not enforcing the company or hq policies.
