      Pros

      Lots of freedom, in the field most of the time. I have a really good account manager who always look out for me when the dealers try to put blame else where. Decent pay, really good benefits. Overall great position. Hired as a T-Mobile employee

      Cons

      The position is an indirect sales position. There are a lot of things you have to control that's out of your control. Dealers can be very shady with unethical business practices. A lot of the dealers have no accountability and want corporate to do everything for them

      Pros

      company culture is great. Brand is hot and sells its self. Benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      internal process a night mare to get orders submitted. Driven by retail ideas not b2b. You compete against retail stores and promotions are retail geared. Stay away if your in b2b sales as the comp plan is low. Reps went from making 100k plus to under 75k.

      Pros

      Wonderful company culture from top to bottom. Great benefits, even for part-time employees. The commission can be excellent if the traffic is right.

      Cons

      As with all commission based jobs, the pay can vary from month-to-month. If you don't like dealing with the public, then this job is not for you. You'll do your fair share of setting up gmail accounts for little old ladies -- which requires patience.
