Pros

*Great Benefits *A forwarding thinking CEO who is constantly thinking outside the box. *75% off your monthly cell phone bill but you're still expected to pay full price for equipment. This seems nice until you leave the company then you're screwed b/c you're stuck with paying off the monthly equipment cost if you want to cancel.

Cons

*Very little training which makes your job almost impossible to do *No support from management *Local management out of D.C. was extremely shady in how they wanted you to sell things. *They have these unrealistic weekly meeting goals that you load into SalesForce but everyone fudges the numbers to make it seem like an employee is attending x amount of meetings per week when actually it's actually much less than reported. Sad part is, this is how I was trained to do it.

Pros

- Super Flexible - Lots of time off - Good Benefits - Great Bonus - Great place for low-average performers, you'll be very well compensated, and will never face any consequences

Cons

- Dangerous nonchalance/negligence of training - For someone who grew from an intern up, be ready to be vastly underpaid; be ready to train and mentor new hires with the same title, who are paid 15%+ more - Pay difference between low performers and high performers is very minimal, leads to issues with motivation - Career development is reactive, they'll wait for you to be unhappy or threaten to leave before taking action

Pros

T-Mobile does have nice office buildings.

Cons

The people seem to be very fake nice to you. They will blame all there mistakes on the temps. If you don't believe in everything that they do then you will not get promoted. If you are from a so called flyover state then they think you are dumb person.
