      Pros

      Pay is pretty good but it comes at a price of selling your soul to the corrupt Telecom industry. You will never meet management that is more predatory, micro managing, divisive, and just plain evil. No loyalty only back stabbing.

      Cons

      All of the above. The management at Metro SLC is a bunch of self serving narcissists. They are waiting for you to make a mistake so they can pounce and bury you. Corrupt and sick.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is great, culture is energetic. Leadership gets it for the most part and we're making an impact on the market.

      Cons

      Small work spaces at corporate office. Lagging significantly behind companies like Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft here. Would love to see multiple offices around greater Seattle area to ease commute.

      Motivation through intimidation

      Pros

      Generally good pay, good experience with up to date technology. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      My first 10 yrs with the company were good, great people to work with. After extra layers of mgmt added, goals that can't be met and never seeing another bonus and added stress the job lost a lot of its luster. Not all departments were this way so there is hope.
