Compensation is good, work life balance is (usually) good, corporate facilities are clean and well kept, teamwork and working with multiple teams is valued.
Cons
Open seating at corporate facilities makes it hard to concentrate, leadership is often too focused on the bottom line, rather than its employees, needs more of a diverse workforce.
