Pros

Pay rate is great Coworkers Benefits Can work from home if you're lucky-older upper management can be hesitant to this change

Cons

Lacking HR policies to guide orgs-performance Evals are super random in scope and vague and don't provide valuable feedback Each org treats employees differently Upper management makes arbitrary decisions that don't factor in employee wants or needs Management structure is too deep. Too many layers. Recognition comes from peers which is awesome. Doesn't come from management often. Lots of turnover Not a lot of perks/fun stuff Corporate culture has ruined the joy and fun that the company portrays in the media Headquarters location sucks All talk and no action for networking programs and development opportunities

Pros

T-Mobile has many job openings and opportunities.

Cons

Reminded me of Amway. Just shut up and drink the Magenta cool aid. Use your brain and you will get accused of not meeting the company values. Ask 5 managers to explain their values and you will get 5 different answers!

Pros

Benefits are fantastic Health, 401k, stock options. Perfect job for a student or anyone who doesn't want to work a typical 9-5. Hours are reasonable flexible.

Cons

You'll work nights, every holiday and most weekends. Company is very much and openly affirmative action. I didn't even know that was still a thing. IF you're white, the ladder doesn't go very high. Ethnic, No problem. just be average and you'll get promoted. Managers are super focused on results and will question nearly every customer interaction to make sure you cover every possible sales opportunity. They will threaten your job if you do not perform a minimum number of new activations.
