Pros

Benefits are fantastic Health, 401k, stock options. Perfect job for a student or anyone who doesn't want to work a typical 9-5. Hours are reasonable flexible.

Cons

You'll work nights, every holiday and most weekends. Company is very much and openly affirmative action. I didn't even know that was still a thing. IF you're white, the ladder doesn't go very high. Ethnic, No problem. just be average and you'll get promoted. Managers are super focused on results and will question nearly every customer interaction to make sure you cover every possible sales opportunity. They will threaten your job if you do not perform a minimum number of new activations.

Pros

Stock option and stock grant programs are very good incentives to continue working for the company. Management is generally receptive to feedback.

Cons

Since going public there are a lot of cost cutting measures that are negatively impacting the work environment. Dropping a building and shoe-horning everyone into the remaining buildings is disastrous. Some people need quiet space in which to be creative. We can't all collaborate in an open noisy environment at all times. Marketing runs the company and does not recognize the contributions of the other divisions. They treat the other groups like servants. Lack of quality project managers leave long-term employees managing the project managers and instructing them on the best and most efficient methods to perform their duties. Large scale projects with lack of oversight lead to designs that produce deliverables that are less than intended.

Pros

The treatment of employees is fair and they value experience They encourage internal career movement and try to accommodate the needs of their employees The pay is good but not great, the trade off is work life balance

Cons

When I joined the company, it still felt like a scrappy startup. Since they went public, it's starting to feel like a large company. Not so much fun. IT processes and practices are not mature/modern
