Pros

excellent benefits, extensive PTO, great training, upward mobility, talent is properly scouted, flexible work schedule, fair commission structure, top performance in rewarded.

Cons

In need of low band spectrum to compete with the giants; ATT and Verizon. Working weekends since it is retail, blackout dates around holidays and certain times of the year.

Pros

Pay for performance environment. Lots of recognition if you perform. Ample opportunities for promotion. Pretty good compensation program if you do sell well. Management does their best to ease the stressful nature of the job. Probably the best call center to work for as a stepping stone to other call center jobs.

Cons

Very intense workload. If you're a rep, there isn't much time for developing yourself or doing much else. The pay for performance nature works against you a lot if you either don't perform well, or if you start working at a bad time. There are many things outside of your control that can negatively affect your performance. i.e. actions of previous reps, retail store reps not properly educating customers (because they weren't trained well)...

Pros

Interesting technology stack that's never boring to work in. You get to work with some pretty smart people 'in the trenches'.

Cons

Leadership at the director level and above are scumbags. If you keep your head down and don't aspire to much you'll be fine.. but if you become too ambitious prepare to get labeled "unwelcome in any leadership capacity" at the company. Also there is a printed (non electronic) list of people who are not welcome back.. it's kept by a few people in HR. If you get on that list - you never get off that list.
