Good company but lacks direction

Pros

Great pay and benefits... culture with light work hours and weekends off. Talented frontline.

Cons

No one works on Fridays. Executive leadership has a problem sticking with the plan. Too much reporting and duplication of efforts by various departments and regions. No job security and the brand recognition is weak.

the incentives (their being taken away) the starting salary

the metrics have to be met. its very stressful. the supervisors walk around yelling out numbers like its a camp!
