Pros

Good pay for the area Sales bonus potential Steady employment Good facilities and steady hours Good benefits Amazing phone plan($10 for unltd everything, up to 7 lines.)

Cons

Work is very stressful and very controlled. Management is very much into preserving their own jobs. Turnover is atrocious. Used to be customer service. Now sales is ruining customer service and pissing existing customers off and making customers leave. Used to be 100% customer service inside United States, now most of customer service is done by contractors outside of United States. Bellingham call center will not exist within 3-5 years.

Pros

Great pay for inbound calls. Great employee cell phone plan.

Cons

Management is now without integrity. The higher ups threaten and demand and do not respond to legitimate concerns about the business. They say like it or leave. This company used to make me proud, now I just feel sorry for all the people I am forced to deceive on the phone.
