Pros

Wonderful if you can find a great team that allows remote despite policies

Cons

Too hyper-focused on where people are instead of what they are accomplishing in the few locations where there are offices, while the employees not near offices are allowed to work remote (and do so very well). Double standard policy!

Pros

-Best Benefits EVER! (Only reason I’m here) -Employee Phone Discounts! -Amazing Technology! -Weekends off!

Cons

-Some of the worst micromanaging ever. -Low pay. -Nearly impossible metrics to hit. -Constant policy changes. -Advertised as “Hybrid”, but it’s 100% in office. -High turnover job. -Management tries to talk you out of promotions and moving to other jobs within T-Mobile. -In office drama (we got an email once about racial slurs being used in the office) -We had a married manager get caught recently having sexual relations with one of his employees in the office for months on end. -The most stressful, low paying job at T-Mobile.

Pros

I met a lot of great people working there, people of all kinds and we had a good time together making work much more tolerable. The campus was pretty awesome even though we didn't have time to use any of the amenities so that felt very much like false advertising when they gave me a tour during the initial interview.

Cons

They were extremely demanding of all these different quotas we have to meet. They care far more about how short the call is than they do about you actually helping someone. I got horrible mono and developed an autoimmune disorder while working there. There was no understanding at all. They made my already upside down life a nightmare when at the time work was the only place I felt normal and they ruined that. They also said they were promoting me to a Senior position (low level management) which means I now run a team of 10-20 people, I get in early, stay late, go to all the meetings and I'm still expected to do my original job and it turns out they never actually promoted me. I didn't get a raise, better benefits, overtime, nothing. They used me and then threw me away when I stopped being at the top of my game because my life was falling apart due to this illness. Eventually they just laid everyone off and took our positions overseas.
