The chairs in your cubicle recline back pretty far If you don’t mind skull-numbing monotony and zero oversight except for when you’re suddenly chastised for not completing a task you had no idea needed to be done until the moment your “coach” complains about it
Cons
Sudden and wholly tectonic shifts in company policy that can change at the drop of an email The payment system is vague and arbitrarily dependent upon a litany of factors completely outside of even the most rudimentary parameters of professionalism Dehumanizing work environment thinly veiled with juvenile “spirit week!” events Absolutely zero managerial oversight or accountability I would say you’re literally a glorified telemarketer, but that would be an insult to telemarketers AI will replace this job in 2 years tops
