Pros

Prepays pay well, & good team members support one another.

Cons

Retail store management lack great leadership. Employee's are required to reply to group chats about work on days off at retail level. Management pass on their duties to none management without any accountabbility.

Pros

Good co-workers, can be low stress after 6-9 months experience. GO CORPORATE STORES

Cons

Part time, No benefits, When you get hired they tie in your max potential bonus with your hourly wage to make it seem like you can make a decent wage. Even getting more activation's and sales than everyone combined consistently; the most I've received is about $300 in monthly bonus. TPR consistently finds new ways to lower employees bonuses by adding new metrics you have to hit and reviews affecting your commission. One customer having a bad day can be a difference between $300 commission for the month and getting substantially less. My TPR had an employee incentive where the top employees of the year get to go on a vacation and after working here and rising to 3rd place in the company after over a year they decided to just not do anything for us. This was before Covid-19 and the acquisition of Sprint. During Covid-19 we were allowed to stay home and be "compensated" what they didn't tell us is that it would be an hour just above the minimum required so that you can not collect unemployment. So in reality it was work or stay home safe and starve. Anyone looking to rise up to management; don't be fooled by carrot stringing upper management who make promises so that you can do their job for them. Put your best foot forward but do not do their job.
