      Benefits were ok. Better than most.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Don’t point out any issues you see. This puts you on the chopping block. Only people that say what management wants to hear. Must destroy peoples careers to get ahead.

      Initial salary and guarantee are high.

      Cons

      Easily the most unprofessional group of individuals I’ve encountered in my 25 years in sales. Veteran executives that have secured accounts prior to the last two years are favored and successful. They sell you the dream early but reality is very different. Use this position for a high salary but don’t ever stop looking for a replacement position. They are always looking to replace. You are a temporary bandaid they will use to meet their quarterly goals and if you do not produce quickly, you will be replaced. They will sell you the dream and then tear you down. The lack of basic respect towards employees is astounding. They lead with fear, intimidation, and passive aggressiveness. Approach with caution.
