Pros

Discount on reoccurring monthly charges on cell service. People at lower levels.

Cons

Pay, culture, top heavy, CEO, lacks vision, woke, layoffs and removal of benefits. Remote work frowned on even though its a communications company, tracking employees badge swipes to ensure employees are coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Fired employees who didn't get the jab. Reduced PTO carryover to 40 hours.

Pros

Local team and management are typically great to deal with. Flexibility for needed time off.

Cons

Company run by greedy, incompetent morons who are focused on too many political aspects instead of the basics and who prefer to virtue signal to give the appearance they are like everyone else. CEO is a spineless, childish, closet dwelling coward. Too many Sprint degenerate cast offs are now running T-Mobile into the dirt just like they did with Sprint.
