Pros

None maybe the magenta color

Cons

Since the merger with Sprint everything changed. Sprint, managers and their Work culture is very toxic and it infected Tmobile‘s work culture It’s not your work performance that matters, it’s who you rub elbows with. Toxic work culture, nepotism, retaliatory management and politics at its best. You can be the biggest looser, have a criminal record and fail to do your job and show up late, and still get promoted as long as you have a good relationship with your coach. Sprint managers have no standards whatsoever.

Pros

Great benefits, and provided ability to purchase stock options

Cons

Does not provide and good work life balance. Leadership is never on the same page, and the stats that you must meet do not match what your work does.

Pros

Competitive Market Assigned Salary. Annual STI bonus averaged out to 10%, Annual stock allotment. Terrific health care options. Very competitive benefits for current and past students. Campus amenities have become exceptional.

Cons

Lay-offs, lay-offs, lay-offs. This company is driven by the bottom dollar, and nothing more. When it came time to remove over 33% of the workforce behind the scenes, they shared with the public that it would be 7% reduction. Which was false. Even when partnered on a role, the best fit for the job was not chosen to stay. Instead based on what would have to be paid out. T-mobile has eliminated nearly 10,000 jobs this year alone after their acquisition of Sprint. Many of which came as we are entering the holiday season. All in an attempt to have an outstanding 4th quarter earnings report...
