Pros

The compensation for an entry level job is fantastic honestly with experience you can start off making 15 dollars an hour and if you meet goals (which change every month and is not consistent) you can bonus an additional 500-600 dollars a month if you are a top performer.

Cons

Management sets unrealistic goals constantly. The majority of the employees can not meet these goals and you are required to do a job that consists of every aspect of the business. Customer care deals with billing, sales, new lines, financial care, tech support, etc. You are EVERYTHING. There is no other department. And becoming a top performer can take months of time. Also there is alot of favortism in the call center. Getting promoted is not a by product of performance its about who you know and how much face time you have with the Team managers and coaches. This is a HIGH School environment. Also I have never gone to a job that does not allow sick days. When you are Ill you have NO choice but to go into work or face consequences up to termination for something that you have no control over. Also No upward movement considering that the company is going under. This is the Honest truth people!
