Once the Sprint merger happened, everything changed, from the way business was done, the way management was handled, all the way out to the peers suddenly vanished almost overnight. A huge portion of the company became engulfed by the incoming Sprint employees and rather than merging the teams and having the teams learn from each other it was simply that at every level Sprint leads were put in place. They brought with them no respect for what existed and only seemed to want to remake what they had before. The only thing that was left when I departed was the DEI policies (which are great). Nothing about the company was enjoyable anymore.
