      Poor onboarding/training, unclear position scope, lack of meaningful feedback and growth path.

      Pros

      Competitive compensation including bonus (when paid out). Competitive benefits and vacation. Attractive vacation and sick time policy. Fast pace industry, interesting products and services.

      Cons

      Lack of clear strategic vision (senior management). Extremely high turnover due to limited training/onboarding and proper development. Low employee morale associated with poor financial results, scaling back of benefits, and revolving door resource mentality. Limited direct meaningful feedback and non existent long term career growth path.

      Pros

      Incredibly motivated, diligent and intelligent people who work hard to make miracles happen - tight timelines, not enough resources... and yet somehow everything launches like it should.

      Cons

      Under-resourced to support the vision that they have for the company. There's a constant struggle between what we're being asked to do versus the time and people we have to do it.

      Pros

      The pay and the benefits are phenomenal. The leadership treats its front line employees with a lot of respect. As a CSR 2 (not CSR 1, mind you) you are given a lot of freedom to make the right choice for the customer.

      Cons

      Communication between management within and especially between sites was terrible. Many of the changes made in policies began to not reflect the value of the customer they preach.
