      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, generally a good environment to work in. If you are motivated to progress within the company there are many opportunities to do so.

      Cons

      Senior leadership within my worksite does a good job, however the immediate mgrs in my dept are "inert". They don't know how to make things move and will accept the mediocre status quo rather than going against the grain.. The workers in my dept are also judged job performance-wise on things we have zero control over.

      Pros

      Good place to work, benefits are very good as compared to other wireless competitiors. Also, good room to grow, management encourages career growth.

      Cons

      Need to lead the wireless market in the United States. Always behind Verizon and AT&T in various aspects. Hopefully the new management would change this trend and make T-Mobile USA teh number 1 carrier in the United States.
